How long will it take me to lose 'this weight'? I ask them "How dedicated are you?" It is hard work and consistancy that gets results. I don't believe in taking 'magic weight loss pills' or crash dieting. Stick with a tried and true method: eat healthy organic foods, do challenging and progressive work-out programs 5 days a week, and a get good night sleep every night. That is the way to lose weight and or gain muscle in a healthy way! It is a journey - enjoy it!
