Nutrition Plan
On the road to a healthier body, good nutrition is critical!
A personalized nutrition plan will compliment your personal training and accelerate your progress dramatically. It is a fact that 70% of our physique is represented by our diet. To design your nutrition plan, a special time will be scheduled to discuss your habits, allergies, preferences, and meal routine. I'll then take that information to create a balanced nutrition plan for you to follow. Changing your eating habits is a work in progress - be patient, allow for set-backs, but be assured that it can be done with discipline and diligence. We'll take time to monitor progress once a week for 8 weeks and make caloric modifications and physical activity changes as necessary.
My philosophy is to stay away from the fad diets and dramatic elimination of certain food groups. Stick to a balanced diet of wholesome, fresh produce while avoiding packaged foods. You're body will adjust to it's natural, healthy weight by eating a vitamin rich diet and exercising on a consistent basis.
