In Studio or in your Home
Training is offered in the studio location or in your home. After an initial free consultation, a program will be designed to facilitate a healthy progression to a more energetic, fit you! If weather permits, taking a run outside feels great! I've got miles of scenic roads with virtually no traffic and lots of fresh country air. Your weight training program is designed personally for YOU! We'll discuss what your esthetic goals are and create a program accordingly. Weight training is crucial in order to increase your lean muscle mass and metabolism, even at rest - you'll burn more calories doing the same amount of activity.
Your program will become more challenging as your conditioning improves. I am infamous for creating new work-out experiences for my clients so that programs don't get boring. This produces faster gains in strength and fat loss.
If you'd like to train for a specific event, I'll research races, triathlons, body building competitions, or other specific goals or contests. I encourage every client to develop a healthy competitive attitude toward life and find that inner athlete we all possess!
